Salary: $88,000–$164,000 annually; expected starting range: $88,000–$132,000

What you will do

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases, warehouses, tables, and external sources using R, SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and maintain inferential, statistical, ad hoc, custom, and predictive analyses for business functions.
• Build enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and visual business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Snowflake data.
• Identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, performance drivers, and business impacts through forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Consult with stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize analytics requests, and present actionable financial and operational insights.
• Support data quality, governance, reporting documentation, automation, regulatory reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Six or more years of related experience in data extraction, manipulation, visualization, analysis, problem solving, and working with large databases.
• Undergraduate studies in data or business analytics, computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field; postgraduate studies are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statistical inference, business intelligence tools, data visualization, business processes, and operational measurement.
• Ability to translate business questions and data requests into analytical solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in one of the lower 48 U.S. states.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
• Leadership experience or the ability to serve as a lead and train other users on reporting and data access.
