Contract Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; US-based candidates required. Work is conducted during US business hours.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Create machine-readable files for hospital and health system customers.
• Analyze payer-provider contracts, reimbursement mechanisms, claims pricing, and healthcare cost data.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, data extraction, and analytics work to address customer business and infrastructure needs.
• Build self-service analytics tools and resources that help customers access and interpret data.
• Gather customer feedback, translate reporting requirements for Engineering, and identify opportunities for new product features.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Software Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success on product development and active customer initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare consulting in a technical or analytical role.
• In-depth knowledge of payer-provider contracting, reimbursement mechanisms, claims pricing, hospital revenue cycle, and healthcare costs.
• Strong SQL skills are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality work at a fast pace and collaborate across seniority levels and functions.
• Must be based in the United States and work during US business hours.
