Manager, Strategic Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must provide verification of their legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify, scope, and lead internal data analysis projects.
• Assess opportunities and risks associated with new or expanded lines of business.
• Report strategic insights from industry data to company leadership.
• Build or advise on internal dashboards for company platforms.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics across platforms.
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality of collected data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or data science.
• At least seven years of business analytics experience.
• Ability to communicate analytical results clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience using dashboards and PowerPoint to present data trends.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or R, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience managing people.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets, including claims data and pharmaceutical sales or chargeback data.
