MTT Trainer (C-UAS)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; travel up to 35%; overseas contingency deployments may be required.

Supports a defense customer through Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems training and program integration.

What you will do

• Plan each Mobile Training Team cycle, including schedules, personnel, resources, unit support, and facilities.
• Manage technical requirements and support MTT operational objectives.
• Review and write Programs of Instruction, Training Support Packages, and technical manuals.
• Provide hands-on instruction on C-UAS systems and employment.
• Evaluate student understanding through hands-on and written testing.
• Communicate MTT updates, status, and student feedback to PM C-RAM leadership.

Requirements

• Active and transferable DoD security clearance with a current investigation is required; ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–10 years of experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
• Prior expertise in program integration, scheduling, and acquisition strategies.
• Ability to deploy in support of overseas contingency operations and meet applicable OCONUS medical requirements.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 35%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C-UAS operations, command and control systems, kinetic C-UAS technologies, complex DoD system-of-systems capabilities, and radar operations.
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules.
