TL;DR
Counter - UAS Curriculum Developer (C-UAS training): Developing, reviewing, updating, and validating C-UAS training products and materials for the Joint CUAS University with an accent on Systems Approach to Training and Instructional Systems Design methodologies. Focus on consolidating vendor and government materials, creating modular instructional packages, and incorporating operational lessons learned with military and civilian subject matter experts.

Location: Fort Sill, Oklahoma; must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill. Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.

What you will do

  • Analyze, develop, review, update, and validate C-UAS training products and materials.
  • Provide technical curriculum support for the DoW mission and Joint CUAS University.
  • Consolidate and standardize training materials from multiple vendors and government sources.
  • Synthesize engineering manuals, presentations, and other source materials into cohesive modular training packages.
  • Edit instructional content for accuracy, readability, and compliance with style guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and military and civilian personnel to incorporate real-world lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Active Secret DoW security clearance required; ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance if necessary.
  • At least five years of curriculum development experience using SAT or ISD methodology.
  • Experience consolidating and standardizing training materials into formal instructional documents.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts and military and civilian personnel.
  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in the Joint CUAS University or a similar organization.
  • Formal military instructor experience and certification.
  • Experience operating C-UAS or SHORAD systems.
  • Knowledge of C-UAS or air defense doctrine, employment principles, and BDOC activities.
