Training Program Manager (TechINT)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph are required.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000–$176,000 annually, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Lead the review and revision of science and technology career-field professional development and training materials.
• Develop and improve training curricula, content, delivery methods, and requirements for an Intelligence Community mission.
• Provide subject matter expertise in training program management to government leadership.
• Coordinate with counterparts across the Intelligence Community, DIE, industry, and academia.
• Support the customer’s awareness of advances in science and technology-based methods and tools.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in geophysical technical intelligence, including processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Recent experience with TechINT analysis training, techniques, tools, exploitation and signature reports, data products, databases, and associated systems.
• Experience working with technically derived data from MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; certain work may also be subject to U.S. export control and ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience developing training materials and professional development requirements.
• Experience presenting technical briefings to practitioners, senior policymakers, and audiences with varied technical backgrounds.
• Advanced STEM degree or comparable education or teaching degree.
• Ten years of professional TechINT and multi-source data analysis experience.
• Experience creating graphics that depict complex concepts and managing training programs, focus groups, events, or discussion panels.
