Mission Trainer – Senior/Mid (Top Secret with agreement to obtain CI Poly)

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA; Fort Huachuca, AZ; or Fort Bragg, NC, United States. The role includes in-house training, mobile training teams to TDY locations, and virtual course offerings, but requires training delivery at U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, lesson plans, presentations, curricula, scenario-based modules, and practical exercises.
• Deliver courses covering information sharing, intelligence reporting, IC access, Army messaging, collaboration platforms, cross-domain solutions, and intelligence enterprise tools.
• Provide instruction on web technologies, portals, applications, services, and Army intelligence systems at customer locations.
• Review emerging policy, doctrine, and technologies and incorporate relevant updates into training products.
• Coordinate training site requirements, schedules, classrooms, workstations, network connectivity, and attendee identification.
• Conduct after-action reviews, consolidate student feedback, and maintain training databases, records, rosters, and annual reporting.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph, or the ability to obtain a CI polygraph, is required.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience conducting training at multiple U.S. locations.
• Experience drafting and developing training materials or curricula in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
• Experience instructing military audiences.
• Ability to obtain and use an Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) account.
• Ability to manage course attendance rosters containing personally identifiable information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.
• Associate's degree with seven years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
• High school diploma with nine years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
