Compensation range: $112,100–$225,500 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Perform financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures.
• Lead the execution of diligence engagements and prepare detailed financial analyses.
• Oversee engagement teams, timelines, client communication, and issue resolution.
• Interact with senior client management to gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with tax and audit teams and use financial software tools.
• Support proposals, engagement letters, and the development of junior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; the role indicates a typical range of 6–11 years.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
• This role does not sponsor entry-level candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
