Senior Manager, Accounting and Financial Advisory Services

Salary: $179,850–$340,970.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements involving finance and accounting problems, process improvement, and complex advisory work.
• Oversee engagement delivery, client satisfaction, deadlines, risk, profitability, billing, collections, and resource utilization.
• Interact with client executives and engagement sponsors, including supporting executive briefings, board meetings, and investor presentations.
• Review work products, participate in planning, and lead technical, industry, and functional programs.
• Develop proposals, presentations, new-client opportunities, engagement scopes, budgets, and cross-service-line relationships.
• Attract, retain, develop, and mentor staff, managers, and senior staff while contributing to employee morale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data-driven insights.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, present analyses to management, and lead initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and to collaborate with client personnel at all levels and across industries.
• Ability to interact comfortably with senior-level client personnel and support executive briefings, board meetings, and investor presentations.
• High motivation, initiative, positive attitude, and ability to handle complex and demanding clients.
