Senior Manager, Accounting and Financial Advisory Services

What you will do

• Lead CFO accounting advisory engagements and oversee delivery, quality, deadlines, billing, collections, and profitability.
• Work directly with client executives and engagement sponsors to anticipate needs and achieve client satisfaction.
• Review work products, participate in planning, and support executive briefings, board meetings, and investor presentations.
• Identify client needs, scope and budget new engagements, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development.
• Implement technical, industry, and functional programs while serving as a consulting resource.
• Mentor managers and senior staff and support the attraction, retention, and development of employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, presentation, and client relationship skills.
