Manager, Finance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; onsite participation in St. Louis, Missouri is preferred.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, reporting, month-end activities, and analysis for assigned business areas.
• Lead a team of financial analysts through coaching, development, performance management, prioritization, and work assignment.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial, statistical, quality, cost, and healthcare effectiveness reports.
• Gather information from multiple sources and provide financial and business analysis.
• Determine appropriate actions, present recommendations to upper management, and drive accountability against budgets, forecasts, and operational commitments.
• Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare practices, procedures, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, financial analysis, or business operations finance.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing people is desired.
• Enterprise-level or Big Four experience is preferred.
• CPA, MBA, or another relevant finance credential is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
