Regional Property Manager (Property Management)

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 base pay annually plus a 25% target bonus

What you will do

• Oversee operations for multiple apartment assets in the Charlotte-area portfolio.
• Lead and develop Community Managers and their teams.
• Manage leasing and maintenance teams while supporting leasing activity and resident satisfaction.
• Own property budgets, increase revenue, and deliver operational and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry.
• 5+ years of consistent experience leading large teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach diverse teams.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
