Apartment Community Manager - Bay

Location: San Diego, California, USA; onsite at Bay Apartments

Salary: USD 85,000–95,000 per year, plus commissions for new leases and renewals

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct property operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident service.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive leasing activity, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a related industry.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce; reliable transportation and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule.
