Set Up Process Technician (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Install injection, IBM, ISBM, and extrusion tooling into molding machines according to production schedules.
• Install required automation and return auxiliary equipment to the appropriate storage area.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing tooling and clean mold components during changeovers.
• Complete line clearance, machine cleaning, and surrounding-area preparation before production handover.
• Obtain QA part approval and complete documentation related to mold changes.
• Support mold recovery activities as required or during available production time.

Requirements

• Ability to perform tooling installation and mold changeover procedures proficiently.
• Ability to complete required documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to inspect tooling, maintain clean equipment, and prepare machines for production.
• Ability to follow job-related instructions and workplace health and safety requirements.
