Operations Specialist (Student Housing)

Location: Onsite across communities throughout the United States; extensive travel is required

Compensation: $80,168 per year

hirify.global develops, owns, and manages student housing communities in partnership with universities and educational institutions.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations at properties requiring corporate support and serve as an interim General Manager.
• Oversee property financials, including expense control and revenue generation.
• Implement strategic marketing plans and support leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Oversee facilities management and property operations.
• Supervise, train, develop, and lead on-site teams, including recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and corporate support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or four years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Previous General Manager experience in the open student or multifamily housing industry is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience with property operations, facilities management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with supervision, business administration, public relations, and student development.
• Ability to travel extensively and work onsite at communities across the United States.
