IAM Security Analyst

Location: Remote from Latin America; listed location: Bogota

What you will do

• Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data.
• Perform IAM and GRC risk assessments, identify excessive access, and apply RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Review user profiles and access patterns using IAM and IGA platforms.
• Support application inventory and identify applications requiring SSO or Okta integration.
• Analyze legacy OAuth applications in Google Workspace and document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive remediation and establish repeatable access review processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM, identity governance, access management, and IAM/GRC risk assessments.
• Experience with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a comparable IAM/IGA platform.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Experience collaborating with application owners and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be located in Latin America; fluent English is required.
