Digital Identity Associate Director (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid; San Francisco or Los Angeles, California, with in-person work in local offices and on client sites. Local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $165,000–$282,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $191,400–$327,120.

What you will do

• Lead Digital Identity consulting engagements and execute large IAM programs for strategic clients.
• Develop IAM and PAM strategies, assessments, roadmaps, analytics, automation, and technology solutions.
• Manage client relationships, translate technical risks and business value for executives, and develop value-based proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities, build professional networks, and support sales and thought leadership.
• Oversee project work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor and develop team members.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in identity and access management within professional services, consulting, or a large Fortune 500 organization.
• Experience with IAM and PAM advisory services, including assessments, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Experience designing or implementing IGA and access management technologies, including SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or Delinea.
• Knowledge of identity governance, user access lifecycle management, role-based access control, role mining, Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, and virtual directories.
• Direct team leadership experience, including performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, work oversight, and cross-team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as MIS or Computer Science, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
