IAM Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada

What you will do

• Review account-scan results across Linux, Windows, AWS, and Azure, with priority on local Windows and Linux accounts.
• Coordinate ownership reviews, last-logon validation, and clean-up of inactive or unnecessary accounts.
• Review Oracle human and non-human accounts, including default schema user IDs, and coordinate remediation, locking, proxying, or mitigating controls.
• Review CMDB data and deltas to identify applications missing from the IAM inventory.
• Work with application owners to identify human, non-human, and local accounts and assess IAM controls such as SSO, MFA, RBAC documentation, and ServiceNow catalogs.
• Support remediation activities, risk-exception requests, and implementation of additional account-use controls.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, ask clarifying questions, and drive next steps across multiple teams.
• Strong organization, coordination, data-processing, and progress-tracking skills.
• Ability to proactively engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Previous IAM Business Analyst experience may be sufficient; broader IAM or technology experience is also considered.
• Comfort with a hybrid arrangement in Toronto, Canada.
