Intern/Co-op - Human Resources (Summer 2027)

Location: Findlay, Ohio, United States; additional locations include Galveston Bay Refinery, Garyville, Louisiana, Los Angeles, California, and San Antonio, Texas.

Hourly pay: $26.32–$37.80.

What you will do

• Support the Human Resources Business Partner organization through short-term individual or team projects.
• Work with client groups on performance management, employee and labor relations, compensation, and policy administration.
• Contribute to recruiting, training and development, diversity initiatives, and program facilitation.
• Support data analysis, workforce and succession planning, and community relations activities.
• Develop a finished project product and presentation near the conclusion of the internship.
• Potentially support an HR Center of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition or Performance, Learning and Organizational Development.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a graduate program in Human Resources or Labor & Industrial Relations.
• Strong academic performance.
• Must be authorized to work full-time indefinitely in the United States without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program for the duration of the experience.
• Military experience is a plus.
