Human Resources Business Partner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite support is required, with hybrid options potentially available.

Annual base salary: $57,784–$128,000

What you will do

• Build relationships with business-unit leaders and employees and provide practical HR guidance.
• Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Support staffing activities, including requisitions, job postings, interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain staffing and employee records for reporting and OFCCP compliance.
• Process terminations, conduct exit interviews, document feedback, and identify relevant themes.
• Support corporate HR initiatives and additional HR projects while handling confidential information professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in Human Resources and staffing or recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, relationship-building ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Onsite support in Colorado Springs is required; hybrid options may be available.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.
• Human Resources experience in a technical or semiconductor environment.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
