Human Resource Business Partner

Location: White Plains, NY, United States; on-site at least 3 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, plus bonus for eligible positions

hirify.global captures and converts biogas into low-carbon-intensity renewable natural gas and renewable electricity, and markets renewable natural gas to heavy-duty trucking and other hard-to-decarbonize industrial sectors.

What you will do

• Serve as a hands-on HR partner to Operations, Sales, Fuel Station Services, Construction, Corporate Functions, or other assigned business groups.
• Support workforce planning, headcount planning, talent risk identification, organizational effectiveness, and capability building.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance improvement, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, communication, and employee development.
• Coordinate performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, workers’ compensation cases, and return-to-work planning.
• Use HR metrics and business data to identify trends related to turnover, staffing, engagement, absenteeism, productivity, and capability gaps.
• Support growth, restructuring, integration, technology adoption, process improvement, and other business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner experience with operational, field-based, or multi-site employee populations.
• Experience with workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management, investigations, and HR policies.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
• Ability to travel as needed to support assigned business groups and field locations.
• Ability to work on site in White Plains at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or HR certification.
• Experience in industrial, energy, construction, logistics, field service, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related workforces.
• Experience across payroll, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR systems implementation.
• Experience in both large multinational corporations and small start-up enterprises.
