Senior Director Rare Blood Disorders PSS Field Access (Pharmaceutical Access)

Location: Remote, US; field-based role with 25–50% travel. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $206,250–$297,916.66 annually.

What you will do

• Lead Field Reimbursement Directors and their Field Reimbursement Manager teams supporting hemophilia and rare hematology patient support programs.
• Develop account business plans, territory alignments, and strategies that improve business performance and patient access.
• Oversee expertise in patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and patient pull-through.
• Coach, develop, motivate, and retain field leadership talent while providing direction and issue resolution.
• Lead the development and implementation of reimbursement programs and tools aligned with brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with market access, sales, patient services, policy, government affairs, marketing, medical affairs, and senior management.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 8–10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, including access experience.
• More than 3 years of experience managing Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Rare disease experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, and matrix collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to meetings, training, and programs as needed.
