Regional Field Director, Therapy Access

Location: Remote; candidates must currently reside on the East Coast of the United States. The role requires more than 50% travel, including field ride-alongs.

Salary: $171,500–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a regional team of Therapy Access Managers supporting PAH and ILD products.
• Set compliant operating strategies, engagement rules, and measurable performance parameters.
• Review HCP engagement trends, manage support volumes, and share market insights.
• Coordinate cross-coverage for HCP requests, complex cases, escalations, and support gaps.
• Partner with Patient Relations and sales leadership to address patient access barriers and regional challenges.
• Coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop direct reports while fostering accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare, reimbursement, managed care, sales, marketing, or related experience; or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of claims reimbursement experience covering coding, billing, payment, medical policy, managed care, and public and private payers.
• Knowledge of HUB services, financial affordability programs, specialty pharmacy, billing and coding, payer dynamics, and healthcare policy.
• Demonstrated success executing launch strategies and developing, motivating, and leading teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, navigate an evolving US healthcare landscape, and travel more than 50%.
• Must currently reside on the East Coast of the United States.
