Mgr, Digital Population Health Applications Transformation - IT - Full Time (Epic)

What you will do

• Lead planning, delivery, adoption, optimization, and transformation initiatives across Epic digital population health applications.
• Advance digital front-door and patient engagement capabilities across access, communication, engagement, and longitudinal health management.
• Support proactive care management, quality performance, value-based care outcomes, and population health improvements.
• Translate strategic priorities and business needs into executable roadmaps, funded initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead assigned teams or functional areas, set priorities, manage execution, and support staff development.
• Manage incidents and service disruptions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience, certifications, and education.
• Active Epic certification in at least one of MyChart, Healthy Planet, Cheers, or HIM.
• ITIL Foundation certification within six months of hire.
• At least five years of combined IT and healthcare experience.
• At least three years of experience managing IT infrastructure.
