Salary: $23.55 - $29.32 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and cultivate customer relationships to increase adoption and utilization of Managed Services products.
• Lead the implementation of managed services solutions for new customers and coordinate project kickoffs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support and handle escalations via phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Host webinars and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Develop campaigns to re-engage customers and increase customer KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Mentor team members and refine internal processes and resource materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of relatable healthcare experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Availability to work 8am-5pm Eastern Time Zone (Monday-Friday).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management, customer success, training, or customer service.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce or a relatable CRM tool.
• Experience conducting webinars and professional training.
