Senior Project Manager, Foundations - Michels Construction, Inc.

Location: Peoria, Arizona, United States; travel up to 25%

What you will do

• Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller foundation projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals, schedules, and funding parameters.
• Ensure profitable project operations and anticipate internal and external customer needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with project teams and customers.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• At least five years of post-college experience.
• Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teammates.

Nice to have

• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• PMP or PE certification.
