Project Manager, Ground Improvement

Location: Renton, Washington, United States; travel up to 25–30% required.

Expected salary range: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate designated ground improvement projects.
• Manage civil project scope, including ground improvements, earthwork, and precast work.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project activities.
• Deliver project goals within prescribed schedules and funding parameters.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• 5–10 years of post-college experience.
• P.E. certification.
• Experience with deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Proficiency in soil mixing, stone columns, compaction grouting, and injection grouting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
