Project Manager - Michels Construction, Inc.

Location: Otsego, Minnesota, United States; on-site work with crews and 50–75% extensive travel required.

Salary: $87,000–$113,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support project teams through successful construction project completion.
• Start work on-site with crews and ensure they have the resources needed for the day.
• Complete project documentation and record entry.
• Plan upcoming work to prepare crews and projects for the following days and weeks.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of related construction experience, or an equivalent combination.
• 1–3 years of experience in foundations, civil construction, geotechnical work, or earthwork.
• Foundations or civil construction background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types driven and an acceptable driving record required.
• Extensive travel of 50–75% is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
