Cost Analyst (Ft. Belvoir)

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Manage and execute the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software.
• Prepare planning documents, program and schedule breakdown structures, and budget requirement analyses.
• Provide earned value guidance to program and product directors and integrated product teams.
• Review contractor proposals, including labor hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs, and work breakdown structures.
• Prepare program office, lifecycle, independent, component, affordability, business case, and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with ACEIT.
• Active Secret-level security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct expert-level research, analysis, evaluation, and written and oral communication.
