What you will do

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management financial reports.
• Input journal entries and ensure charges and headcount are allocated to the correct business units.
• Aggregate actual and forecast financial data and compare current forecasts with prior forecasts.
• Analyze forecast changes and deviations from targeted financial metrics.
• Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.
• Investigate costs and recommend cost-saving, profit-generating, and profitability improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of related experience.
• Expertise in Excel.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies, U.S. GAAP, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in Henrico, Virginia, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• CPA, CFP, CMA, CA, CGA, or APICS certification.
