Finance Analyst, FP&A

Location: Hybrid in Bethesda, Maryland, USA; in-office three days per week at World Headquarters in North Bethesda

Salary: $83,329–$96,566 per year

What you will do

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including ad-hoc analyses and consolidated regional roll-ups.
• Consolidate and analyze year-to-date and project financial performance.
• Monitor P&L, SG&A, balance sheet, cash flow, margins, fixed assets, and CAPEX follow-up.
• Coordinate closing activities, budgeting, planning, budgetary control, and reporting checklists.
• Improve existing financial reports and processes and develop new reporting solutions.
• Partner with finance leaders and shared service center teams and support special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with financial consolidation systems or applications; Hyperion or BPC experience is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and optimizing foreign exchange strategy.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, process optimization, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and accountability skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international teams.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA certification.
