Manufacturing Technician III (Medical Devices)

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $21.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot weaving and knitting looms.
• Work with Engineering to overcome technical textile challenges and develop new products.
• Analyze woven and knit textile structures to identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform assembly, visual inspections, measurements, and textile manufacturing tasks.
• Operate light manufacturing equipment in support of development projects.
• Train technicians and operators on textile processes and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10 years of direct textile experience setting up and operating weaving and knitting looms.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, follow project direction, and complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to follow GMP, documentation, and clean-room requirements.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates with time-limited visa status will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with clean-room environments.
• Experience working with fine fibers under 50 denier.
