Manufacturing Tech I (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

What you will do

• Execute routine production operations for medical devices in a cGMP environment.
• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, setup, cleaning, disinfection, and basic maintenance of process equipment according to SOPs.
• Inspect and repair finished medical devices and pre-production materials.
• Stage devices and materials, handle inventory, and support packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Complete required documentation and device history records clearly and accurately.
• Participate in safety activities, cross-training, workshops, and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma.
• 0–2 years of work experience; regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift or move materials and objects weighing up to 40 lbs and perform standing, twisting, and lifting activities during the shift.
• Ability to distinguish colors and judge distance and spatial relationships using three-dimensional vision.
• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, teamwork, attendance, punctuality, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction, complete training, and work according to production requirements.
