GMP Manufacturing Associate II (Weekend Overnights) (Medical Devices)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States. Thursday through Sunday, 10-hour overnight shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM; the schedule and assigned areas may change based on vacation coverage needs.

Salary: $19.90–$30.80 per hour, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and other applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Operate machinery and perform production tasks across Plasma manufacturing departments.
• Assemble components and subassemblies while maintaining continuous production flow.
• Diagnose HMI and automation faults, adjust equipment, and escalate complex issues to maintenance or engineering.
• Maintain cleanroom standards, complete production documentation, and perform in-process inspections.
• Lead or support daily coordination, task prioritization, and team activities with the Area Leader.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, equipment care, and Total Preventive Maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical-device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP principles.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and basic computer or manufacturing-system skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Clinton, Pennsylvania, on a flexible Thursday-through-Sunday overnight schedule.

Nice to have

• Cleanroom experience.
• Experience training or coaching manufacturing associates.
• Experience with lean practices, problem-solving, process improvement, or waste reduction.
