Manufacturing Technician II - 2nd Shift (Medical Device Manufacturing): Supporting production of fragile ceramic substrate boards through sanding, cleaning, labeling, data entry, and operation of high-temperature firing furnaces with an accent on precise manual handling and adherence to written work instructions. Focus on loading parts into ovens and conveyor furnaces, maintaining accurate electronic production records, and performing semi-automated manufacturing operations.
Location: On-site in New Brighton, Minnesota, United States; 2nd shift.
Salary: $21–$22 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Sand and clean fragile ceramic substrate boards.
- Wipe and label substrate boards according to work instructions.
- Enter production data into electronic routers.
- Load parts into ovens and conveyor furnaces.
- Operate high-temperature firing furnaces within the Thick Film Department.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
- Ability to work on-site in New Brighton, Minnesota.
Nice to have
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating semi-automated machines.
