West Regional Facilities Manager

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite 4 days per week

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead facilities operations and preventative maintenance across all offices in the assigned region.
• Act as the senior escalation point for HVAC failures, life-safety issues, and high-impact facilities incidents.
• Implement regional building operations, safety, workplace infrastructure, and continuous-improvement standards.
• Manage regional facilities vendors, service-level agreements, certificates of insurance, contracts, repairs, and expenditures.
• Lead facilities-related support for office expansions, consolidations, relocations, acquisitions, integrations, and new office launches.
• Partner with Real Estate, Workplace, Security, IT, and senior leadership on risk management, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and regional planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-market facilities operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building operations, safety, and compliance requirements.
• People-management experience, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets and business cases.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; U.S. employment opportunities generally require U.S. citizenship or permanent residence.
