Salary: $143,800–$169,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage 3–5 Data Center Managers or Lead Data Center Technicians across multiple facilities.
• Oversee data center operations, maintenance, staffing, safety, security, and customer requirements.
• Track operational KPIs, preventive maintenance completion, exceptions, productivity, overtime, projects, and quality assurance.
• Ensure facility infrastructure, security monitoring systems, certifications, policies, and procedures remain operational and compliant.
• Manage contractors and vendors, inspect completed work, and maintain workmanship and safety standards.
• Plan budgets and resources, improve production efficiency and PUE, manage end-of-life equipment, and develop operational processes and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing, supervising, or leading Data Center Technicians.
• Strong understanding of data center components, including HVAC, UPS, and servers.
• Experience with data center operations, incident response procedures, budgeting, planning, and process development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, decision-making, and team motivation skills.
