Facilities Site Manager

Annual salary: $191,220–$269,950 USD

What you will do

• Lead managers, engineers, and technicians responsible for structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental facility systems across multiple sites.
• Manage capital equipment installations, subcontracted services, supplier relationships, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop project scopes, drawings, RFQs, RFIs, specifications, budgets, and financial documentation.
• Direct contract project managers and coordinate workflow across installations and facility projects.
• Oversee safety, reliability, operational efficiency, construction ramps, and factory commissioning.
• Lead change management, emergency response, stakeholder communication, and team performance development.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in facilities systems management, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Expertise in budget preparation, financial analysis, project execution, subcontractor management, and supplier relationships.
• Experience developing scopes of work, RFQs, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.
