Senior Associate Product Owner

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; in-office work at least four days per week with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $81,700–$112,300 per year, with potential variable compensation including bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and delivery for one or more Agile Scrum teams.
• Represent customer and business needs by defining product roadmaps, priorities, and requirements.
• Own product backlogs, roadmap planning, and prioritization to deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Define digital product strategies and monitor KPIs aligned with business outcomes.
• Partner with product, engineering, UX, content, analytics, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Improve engagement and servicing through secure messaging, virtual assistant, and live agent chat experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product, digital, or related roles.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting or partnering with product management on software-based solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of digital technologies, digital servicing capabilities, emerging AI-enabled experiences, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Must have valid United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to guide discussions and resolve conflicts.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology, UX, content, analytics, risk, and compliance teams.
