Product Strategist - Innovation (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Salary: $136,800–$205,200 per year

What you will do

• Define and communicate product visions for innovation experiments and new solutions.
• Develop program roadmaps based on stakeholder priorities, strategic bets, and paths to value.
• Establish KPIs, analyze outcomes, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, research, experimentation, and solution validation before development.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, engineers, designers, data scientists, and financial experts to shape program direction.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and evaluate AI and other emerging technologies for enterprise applicability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in product management or innovation consulting.
• Experience working with agile, cross-functional teams and translating product requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, research, analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Working knowledge of AI and its practical enterprise applications.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, pressure-test assumptions, solve complex problems, and validate solutions.

Nice to have

• Business analysis, engineering, or testing experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Initial leadership experience and strong business acumen.
