Senior Product Manager - Team Lead

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid model with a minimum of four days onsite per week

Total cash compensation: $121,400–$186,150 annually, inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and the full product development lifecycle for Fiduciary Services and Plan Advantage.
• Lead a global, cross-functional development squad delivering new products and features.
• Partner with research, methodology, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to build retirement products for plan providers, broker-dealers, and retirement advisors.
• Develop and validate business requirements with customers, prioritize competing work, and operate within an Agile software development framework.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, client service, and client solutions to launch products, support adoption, and incorporate client feedback.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and clients and support trials, conversions, migrations, and product sunsetting.

Requirements

• Six to eight years of relevant, progressively responsible product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Willingness to collaborate with global colleagues outside standard working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
