Registered Nurse - NICU - Full Time - Nights - 2 Years of Nursing Experience Required

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Onsite night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

What you will do

• Provide continuous nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns from 24 weeks' gestation to term.
• Perform total body cooling and administer nitric oxide.
• Monitor patients closely and intervene based on each newborn's individual needs.
• Use clinical decision-making, critical thinking, current evidence, and national or specialty standards in practice.
• Involve families in goal setting and care planning, provide education, and communicate plans across shifts and care settings.
• Support changes that improve patient outcomes and the professional practice environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN; BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Obtain and maintain BLS qualification during orientation and employment.
• ACLS qualification preferred.
