Technical Program Manager, Tech and Product - USDS (Multiple Positions)

Salary: $239,200–$403,200 annually

What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver technology products, services, and features to market.
• Manage complex technology programs and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain technical roadmaps, create project schedules, define milestones, and coordinate collaboration.
• Optimize program management processes, workflows, and operational standards using data-driven methodologies.
• Coordinate release readiness, launch, deployment, and product adoption activities.
• Present project status, timelines, risks, obstacles, dependencies, needs, constraints, and budgets to stakeholders, while mentoring junior and mid-level team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field with 4 years of related experience; or bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience, including 5 years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing software development projects, building development processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• At least 4 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering strategic business outcomes.
• At least 4 years of experience planning and executing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• At least 4 years of experience leading scrum teams as a coach or scrum master.
• Experience documenting project details, clarifying technical requirements, and presenting strategy, timelines, and status information to business leaders and technical stakeholders.
