What you will do

• Lead concurrent enterprise IT projects across Windows Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, Workplace Mobility, and Modern Device Management.
• Develop project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
• Establish governance frameworks and manage execution from initiation through implementation, transition, and operational handoff.
• Facilitate project reviews, steering committee sessions, governance meetings, and executive status updates.
• Use metrics and root-cause analysis to identify systemic risks, process gaps, and dependencies.
• Apply AI and generative technologies to automate program management tasks and codify operating procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 2+ years managing Windows Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Management initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, risk management, vendor management, and change management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project methodologies, including writing queries, building dashboards, and composing templates.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
