Technical Program Manager (TPM2)

Location: Fully remote eligible with quarterly in-person strategy meetings

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team software programs.
• Translate product and engineering objectives into integrated plans, milestones, roadmaps, and dependency maps.
• Manage scope, risks, blockers, critical paths, delivery commitments, and release readiness.
• Track throughput, cycle time, predictability, dependency aging, and DORA-style delivery signals.
• Use AI-enabled tooling to automate status reporting and surface risks and dependencies while validating outputs.
• Facilitate planning, dependency reviews, release checkpoints, retrospectives, and executive-ready status communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years coordinating complex, cross-team software programs in an Agile environment or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and release coordination across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Linear, Jira, delivery metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for program coordination and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for periodic evening and occasional weekend release windows.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, identity and access management, or education technology.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile practices and DORA metrics.
• Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools such as Looker or Amplitude.
• Previous software engineering or quality engineering experience.
