What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, health, growth, and performance of delivery portfolios across multiple clients or a major account.
• Own estimation, scope development, budgets, contracts, and financial integrity for complex engagements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients, account teams, project teams, and agency leadership, driving resolution paths for delivery issues.
• Partner with Client Engagement, Business Development, Resource Management, Recruiting, Finance, and discipline leads on staffing, account growth, and new business pitches.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Delivery team members from Associates through Senior Directors, including performance reviews, growth plans, and training.
• Champion delivery excellence, process improvement, modern tooling, and AI-enabled ways of working across the discipline.

Requirements

• 15+ years of program or delivery management experience with deep expertise in product and digital transformation delivery.
• Proven experience managing scope, estimation, budgets, revenue planning, and financial health for high-value engagements.
• Experience serving as a trusted escalation point for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing and developing Delivery professionals at all levels, including performance reviews and growth planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Experience contributing to senior-level or hands-on new business pitches.
