Manager, Program Management

Location: Farmingdale, New York, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $131,809–$231,802 per year, with a potential annual or quarterly company bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex programs and projects within contractual, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, performance metrics, and executive reports.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Development.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, lead program reviews, manage expectations, and resolve escalated issues.
• Establish program management methodologies, governance processes, templates, tools, and reporting standards.
• Coach Program Managers and project teams while driving process improvements and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience, including complex cross-functional programs.
• Expertise in program and portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and resource planning.
• Leadership, customer relationship management, negotiation, executive reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment and proficiency with project management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies; access to ITAR products and technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, aerospace and defense, or related industries.
• PMP certification or an equivalent program management certification.
