Location: Brownsville, WI Corporate Office, United States; travel to local equipment yards is required as needed.

What you will do
- Manage and respond to online leads and customer inquiries through the Equipment Sales Portal.
- Set appointments and track lead, appointment, and sales conversion ratios for management reporting.
- Process sales invoices and application documentation according to standardized procedures.
- Collect, organize, and assemble parts and inventory for resale.
- Coordinate pickup or shipping of parts and inventory.
- Capture digital images and videos for equipment sales yards and travel to local yards when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver license for the vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
Nice to have
- Prior customer service experience.
- Prior retail or marketing experience.
- Forklift or telehandler experience.
