HR Business Partner

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid presence in the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide hands-on guidance to managers and employees.
• Advise management on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employment terms.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
• Support restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent assessment through the 9-box process.
• Identify training needs, support executive coaching, and monitor training program outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, and company policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days per week in the Dallas office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
