Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Location: Delafield, Wisconsin, United States; in-person and virtual patient visits are required, with on-site credentialing.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual primary care visits.
• Diagnose patients, prescribe medications, and develop personalized health plans.
• Manage chronic conditions and support early intervention and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as an FNP.
• DEA registration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
• Two or more years of primary care experience are preferred.
