Physician Assistant (Women's Health)

Location: Celebration, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with one remote week every five weeks for virtual patient visits.

What you will do

• Provide women's health, primary care, preventive care, and lifestyle medicine services to client employees and dependents.
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive health measures according to clinical guidelines and approved agreements.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound care, infection management, and other clinical procedures.
• Develop patient care plans, document progress, educate patients, and ensure continuity of care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe or recommend treatments, and refer patients when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams while maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Provider with a background in women's health; primary care experience is required.
• Lifestyle medicine experience is required, along with the ability to care for a broad female patient population.
• Current NCCPA national certification and a degree from an ARC-PA-accredited program.
• State licenses and certifications, a federal DEA license matching each applicable state of practice, and a Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License where applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on the contract scope.
• At least three years of clinical Physician Assistant experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department settings.
